Our payment options.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Please note: we cannot split payments between credit cards.

Our return policy.

Muskoka Bear Wear has two options for making a return within 14 days from the delivery date (excluding Christmas purchases in November & December):

1. Online - clothing may be returned to our flagship store (41 Manitoba Street Bracebridge, ON Canada P1L 2A9)

2. In store - clothing may be returned to any of our Muskoka Bear Wear locations.

Our MBW team will inspect all merchandise and must be unworn & unwashed. All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return. Shipping costs are not refunded and charges will be covered by the customer for any size/colours exchanges.

Muskoka Bear Wear takes your privacy seriously. Your email address or personal information will never be shared with any third parties. Any information collected on our website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal purposes only.

Our gift cards.

Yes! You can purchase a gift card online or in store. Gift cards are redeemable in store only and should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced. Gift cards are final sale. We do offer electronic store credit that can only be used on our website, for more information email us at shop@muskokabearwear.com.
